Stephen L. Vecchitto

Managing Director

Stephen Vecchitto founded Advenir in 1996 and serves as the company's Managing Director. He is responsible for creating the business plan for more than 13,000 units in Florida, Texas, Colorado, Alabama, Georgia and the Carolinas, and has oversight responsibility for acquisitions, financing and investor relations.

David Vecchitto

Chief Executive Officer

David Vecchitto is Chief Executive Officer of Advenir Living, LLC. As CEO, David is responsible for executing the business plan for the portfolio of properties, providing strategic direction to the management company, and developing our people and culture. David joined Advenir as Chief Financial Officer in April 2015 and values integrity, accuracy, and outstanding customer service.

L. Carlyle “Carl” Swafford

Chief Operating Officer

Carl is the COO for Advenir Living, LLC located in Miami, Florida. Carl leads an Operations Team of over 400 Associates.

Steve Mead

Chief Financial Officer

Responsible for risk management, financial reporting, treasury, tax, and regulatory compliance.

Arden Karson

Senior Strategic Advisor

Arden Karson is a Senior Strategic Advisor for Advenir. Arden's background includes development, acquisitions, asset management, leasing, sales, marketing, and financing of real estate properties across all asset types.

Matt Vecchitto

Vice President of Acquisitions (SFR/BTR)

Matt Vecchitto is the Vice President of Acquisitions and Head of the SFR/BTR platform of Advenir. Matt joined Advenir at the end of 2020 as a Vice President of Investments and is responsible for leading Advenir’s single-family rental (SFR) / built-to-rent (BTR) investments team.

Matt Zaverucha

Vice President of Acquisitions (Multi-Family)

Matt Zaverucha is the Vice President of Acquisitions and Head of the Traditional Multifamily platform for Advenir. Since joining the company in 2017, Matt has been involved in $1B+ of new acquisitions and developments. His current duties include sourcing/underwriting deals, assisting in asset diligence, and select asset management responsibilities. He brings a strong financial analysis and investments background, having spent two years at Rialto Capital Management on the Corporate Finance team analyzing the profitability of multiple CMBS and Property Funds.

Winston Wood

Vice President - Investor Relations

Responsible for Investor Management tracking $1B+ Equity across 1,000+active Advenir investors. Winston works directly with our Founding Principal, Investment Committee, President of Construction, and CEO of Property Management to determine the optimal methods needed to increase returns to our investors.

Diego Mejia

Acquisitions Associate

Diego Mejia is an Acquisitions Associate for Advenir Oakley Capital. Diego joined the company in January 2022 and performs underwriting, macro and micro market analysis and assists in the due diligence process for new acquisitions.

Renato Corghi

Investment Associate

Renato Corghi is an Investment Associate for Advenir’s LEO Build-to-Rent platform. Renato joined the company in August 2023 and performs underwriting, sourcing, development, and assists in Advenir’s due diligence process for acquisitions

David Quintero

Acquisitions Associate

David Quintero is an Acquisitions Associate for Advenir. David joined the company in September 2020 and performs underwriting/sourcing and assists in Advenir’s due diligence process. Prior to joining Advenir, David interned with Ascentris, a real estate private equity firm based in Denver, Colorado and for JLL in Los Angeles, California. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bates College, with a major in Political Economy. While at Bates College, David was a member of the Men’s Varsity Squash Team.

Anaelys Reyna

Transaction Manager

Anaelys joined Advenir in 2021 and leads transaction management for all acquistions, dispositions and new developments. Ana provides structured communication and creates organized tracking systems for successful execution, in addition to filing required documentation, and resolving any issues that arise.

J Daniel (JD) Kim

Acquisitions Analyst

J Daniel (JD) Kim is an Acquisitions Analyst for Advenir. JD joined the company in February 2024 and is responsible for underwriting/sourcing and assisting in Advenir’s due diligence process. Prior to joining Advenir, JD worked at Barclays Investment Bank and gained previous externship experiences with Cooper Street Capital, a real estate private equity firm based in Aspen, Colorado, and with Prime Finance in New York City. JD holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Bates College with Phi Beta Kappa honors. While at Bates, JD served as the president of the Bobcat Ventures club and founded Bunkies, a proptech company.
