Anaelys Reyna is our Senior Transaction Manager, having joined the company in January 2022. With extensive experience in managing multifamily and development acquisitions, she brings valuable expertise to the team. Having worked on both the private sector and brokerage side, Anaelys offers a unique, well-rounded perspective that ensures successful transactions from all angles. Anaelys specializes in the full acquisition lifecycle, from leading due diligence processes and managing portfolio contracts to overseeing post-sale operations. She excels at coordinating with brokers, legal counsel, and internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and alignment between buyers and sellers. Her knowledge of financial audits, inspections, and property integration allows for precise execution and efficient deal closure. Anaelys holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University, providing a solid academic foundation that complements her real-world experience in the industry.
