Renato Corghi

Investment Associate

Renato Corghi is an Investment Associate for Advenir’s LEO Build-to-Rent platform. Renato joined the company in August 2023 and performs underwriting, sourcing, development, and assists in Advenir’s due diligence process for acquisitions. Prior to joining Advenir, Renato was an Investment Associate for Wheelock Street Capital, a vertically integrated real estate investment firm based in Greenwich, CT. While at Wheelock, Renato worked on acquisitions, financing, development, and asset management across all real estate asset classes. Renato began his career in the Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging Investment Banking group at Deutsche Bank in New York.

Renato holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Chicago with a major in Public Policy, with honors. While at the University of Chicago, Renato was a member of the Varsity Soccer Team, the Trott Business Program, and Moneythink.
