Winston joined Advenir in January of 2015 as an Investment Analyst while earning his Masters of Real Estate Development from The University of Miami. Winston earned his bachelors in Real Estate Management from Ball State University. Working hands on in property management through high school and his time at university provided respect and understanding of the work ethic needed to execute on successful multifamily strategies. His prior experience includes onsite management of institutional quality multifamily with Associated Estates. Winston then accumulated a wealth of experience spending more than 7 years underwriting and travelling to tour potential deals as an analyst on our acquisitions team before transitioning to serve our investors.

– Individual & Group Investor Introductions
– New Investment Opportunity Presentations
– Management & Tracking of Equity Raise
– Investor Portfolio Reviews
– Investor Customer Service Lead

Additionally, Winston has accumulated a wealth of experience including:
– Asset Management on Advenir portfolio
– Tour potential acquisitions with market leading brokerage firms.
– Compare & select best debt options – Freddie Mac Select Sponsor
– Preparation of LOI’s, Best & Final questionnaires.
– Deal flow management for potential acquisitions.
– Day 1 rental pricing with onsite management (Advenir Living) for new acquisitions
– Due Diligence unit walk inspections for acquisitions.
